A lot of our work would be considered training, in that we often meet in training rooms and have objectives for the skills and ideas the delegates will need to learn - as well as the beliefs and attitudes that will be most helpful to be effective in the area being considered.

However, our approach is always client-centred, so our courses do not follow a tightly scripted format, and there is a great deal of flexibility on the precise path taken to meet the objectives.

We offer training in any area which involves people communicating with others, for example:
